• In collaboration with the Municipality of Delft and the Regionaal Energieloket, it is possible for tenants of DUWO to receive free energy advice from an energy coach. 
• Students that rent a studio or a room with shared facilities with a maximum of 4 residents in total could register for a free voucher worth 55 euros, to be used for energy-saving products.
• Students that rent a room with shared facilities with at least 5 residents received a number of vouchers by letter in October/November 2022. The number of vouchers to be received was equal to the number of residents. Please note: not all rooms with shared facilities receive vouchers at home. The choice for which house does and which house does not receive gift vouchers is based on the existing insulation of the house.

Help with payment problems

Due to rising prices and high energy bills, people are more at risk of payment arrears. That is why new agreements have been made about preventing evictions due to rent arrears. DUWO makes every effort within its possibilities to reach tailor-made agreements with residents in need of money and can inform the municipality in urgent cases, so that residents can receive (debt) help more quickly.
