Moving allowance Opaallaan

If you have to move during the renovation of the Opaallaan, you are entitled to a relocation allowance. The reimbursement scheme was established in 2017 in consultation with the residents' organizations of DUWO and is indexed annually. This compensation is intended to cover the costs that you have to incur for the move. The reimbursement concerns the permanent relocation from a non-independent room.

There are different room sizes that include the following reimbursement amount (rounded):

17M2 :                789       euro

22M2:                 907       euro

23M2:                 930       euro

24M2:                 954       euro

25M2:                 977       euro

29M2:                 1071     euro
