After receiving your CV and motivation, we will go through your details. Usually the vacancy holder and a colleague from his or her team do this.
No later than two weeks after the vacancy has closed, you will hear from us whether we invite you for a cup of coffee and a more detailed introduction. In this first conversation you will often meet a team leader or director of the branch, together with a colleague.
After this first introduction, we will decide together whether we see a match. If you see this too, a second round of discussions will follow with other colleagues. If we then want to go for it, 2 more references will be called, which you provide, and the offer and contract will follow.
And then you will be our new colleague!
