I don't have a DigiD / DUO account

If you do not have an activated DigiD and/or DUO account yet, you can apply for one. You will need a citizen service number (BSN) when you apply.

I have forgotten my DigiD login details

Have you activated the DigiD app on your phone, but lost your username and/or password? Then you can easily find and restore these via DigiD.nl.

I am getting the error message "Navigation error"

If you receive the "Navigation error" message during the MyQii check, this means you still need to activate your DUO account. Log in to DUO.nl to do this. Please also check if your study details are present in DUO. You can then go through the MyQii check again.

Retrieving my DUO details keeps loading

Have you successfully logged in to DigiD via MyQii but does retrieving your data just keep “loading”? Close the process in the app. Log in directly to DUO.nl via your web browser and check if you can successfully log in and access your study details. If so, go through the process again via the MyQii app. Start from the beginning by re-entering a new activation code.

I cannot find the MyQii app in the app store

The MyQii app is available in the Dutch app store, most European ones, and for a number of non-EU countries such as the United States, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, India, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, South Africa, Morocco, Australia, and New Zealand. 

If your country is not listed, you can temporarily change the location of your app store.

I am not receiving a SMS messages from DigiD

When you log in with your DigiD username and password, you will receive an SMS code to complete the login. Make sure SMS verification is enabled in your DigiD profile. You can enable this by logging in to your DigiD.
