If you have already received proof of full-time study from your educational institution, you can upload that. If you do not have this yet, we will accept your details from Studielink. We require two screenshots from the Studielink overview, which must be submitted together in a single file:

1. A general screenshot of your overview showing clearly which program you will be following, the academic year, and your contact, personal, and address details (example screenshot 1).
2. A screenshot of the message indicating which program you will be following. It must clearly state that it is a full-time program (example screenshot 2).

Important points to keep in mind:

• Please make sure your screenshots are legible and put as much information as possible on one page.
• Under the "Programs" tab, it should display: Bachelor, Bachelor’s Propedeuse, or Master. From the overview, we need to be able to see if you are following the program for the first time or if you have been enrolled longer.
• We will also approve your screenshot if the status for your program says: Request submitted.

If you are an MBO student, your study details are not listed in Studielink. Upload a (provisional) proof of enrollment from the educational institution to prove that you are going to study.

This must contain at least the following information:

• Full name
• Date of birth
• Student number
• Study name
• Name of educational institution
• That the program is full-time (BOL)

Is your study not available yet in DUO, as a first-year student you are allowed to upload a screenshot from Studielink. This is only allowed when your contract starts between May 1 and September 1 (for students starting in February, this is between October 1 and February 1). Enrollment in a lottery-based study is also accepted.

Are you an upper-year student? Please use the MyQii app to prove your studies. 

Do you have priority for your room via postal code:
Upload an extract from the Personal Records Database (BRP) here, no older than 3 months, stating that you have been residing at this address for at least 4 months. This may also be digital proof (via www.overheid.nl), provided that the logo and/or details of the municipality and the URL (web address) are clearly visible.

Do you have your room via the priority scheme for unfurnished rentals to international students:
Upload proof here, no older than 3 months, stating that you reside abroad: for example, a copy of your diploma from the educational institution abroad (current academic year) or an extract from the Personal Records Database, bank statement, or tax documentation.
