You cannot terminate your tenancy agreement

You cannot terminate your tenancy agreement via DUWO for one of the following reasons:

your agreement has already been terminated
an end date applies to your building, the end date of your tenancy agreement must be prior to this date
you are renting commercial premises

You cannot terminate the tenancy agreement because you have a contract with a fixed start and end date.

Exceptions:

AUC students can submit a request for termination of the tenancy agreement using the contact form
PhD students in Delft can submit a request for lease termination using the contact form
