Nice that you are interested in a room from DUWO! Good to know before you read on:

• You can find our offer on ROOM.nl. You can register with ROOM from the age of 16.

• You can apply for a DUWO student room if you are studying full-time, if you are doing a PhD, or if you start studying within 4 months. This study must be registered with CROHO, CREBO or NVAO.
• You can only rent a room or studio in the city/region where you study or where you do an internship.
• If you rent a room at DUWO, you will receive a campus contract. This means that you can rent for the duration of your studies. After completing your studies, you can continue to rent for 6 months.

We think it is important that you feel free and safe when you live at DUWO, but also when looking for a home and being hosted. We must ensure this together. If you experience an unpleasant or unsafe situation during your stay, you can always contact us. In serious cases that cannot wait, you can immediately report social insecurity.
