Before you can sign your tenancy agreement, you must have made an initial payment.
Payment
You pay the first bill online via
- The first (or one and a half) month's rent
- The last 2 months rent
- € 16,76 reservation costs
- € 65 kitchen and welcome package ⮕ €72,15 starting 1-7-2024*
- € 55 bed linen package
- € 95 cleaning costs ⮕ single room €82,-, self-contained student room € 107,- starting 1-7-2024*
*The new prices apply to contracts with a start date from 1-7-2024.
You can also choose to pay the amount for the entire rental period in one go. Your payment must be received by DUWO within 2 weeks after your preliminary reservation. Please consider the time the bank needs to process your payment. Is your payment not received on time? Then we will cancel your reservation. Does your educational institution pay for you? Then you do not have to pay this first bill and you can sign your contract online via DUWO.
Tenancy Agreement
You pay the first month's rent and sign your agreement digitally via DUWO online. You will receive more information about this procedure at a later date. Once you have digitally signed your contract, you will get an email with your tenancy agreement as a .pdf file. DUWO only hands over the keys after the contract has been signed. So make sure your contract is signed before the starting date.
