Arrival in The Netherlands

Depending on the day you arrive in Leiden, DUWO will hand over keys to the students at their home. That is why it is important for DUWO to know when you will arrive. You will receive an email about 3 weeks before the start of your tenancy agreement with more information about the key pick-up. So keep an eye on your inbox and spam box.
