How does Accommodate work?
Accommodate offers (furnished) accommodation for students and guests from educational and scientific institutes in Amstelveen, Amsterdam, Delft, Haarlem, Den Haag en Leiden.
You can only be eligible for guaranteed accommodation through your educational institution. You can reserve a room with Accommodate if your educational institution has given you permission to do so. You must register first with your educational institution. It works with a "first come, first served" policy.
If you are granted, you will receive an activation email from DUWO to open an account. You can then reserve a room online. In some cases you don't need to reserve a room because the educational institution has already assigned a room to you.
The next step is, to upload the necessary documents. After the documents are approved, you can sign the tenancy agreement online.
