Webster University has reserved apartments for international students.
All apartments are fully furnished and have a private kitchen, shower and toilet. A bed linen set will be waiting for you when you arrive.
What do I need to do to find a room?
The allocation process is done via the educational institution. If you have any questions, please contact your educational institution.
You pay the rent to the educational institution. You can sign the tenancy agreement at your educational institution.
Your educational institution will give you a copy of your tenancy agreement once you have signed it at your institution.
Arrival in the Netherlands
Webster University organises arrival days at the beginning of each semester. During these days, you will be invited to come and sign your tenancy agreement and collect your keys, at an agreed place and time. Webster University will inform you of this.
Please bring valid proof of identification: a passport (with a valid visa, if applicable) or an ID card. Your room will be available from 1 pm on the start date of your tenancy agreement. If you arrive earlier or outside of business hours, you will need to find yourself a temporary place to stay.
