DUWO occasionally receives reports from tenants who feel uncomfortable due to neighbors’ use of cameras or video doorbells. This is especially the case when the devices are aimed at shared spaces such as porches, galleries, or hallways, as this can be perceived as an invasion of privacy. Cameras placed in storage areas, even when pointed only at one’s own door, may also lead to complaints.
