Rent increase
DUWO increases the (basic) rent every year on 1 July. We keep the rent increase as limited as possible, so that your rent remains affordable. The government determines how much the basic rent (also called net rent) may be increased.
The percentage increase of the total rent (the basic rent and the service costs together) may be higher than the rent increase percentage. The increase in the (advance) amount of the service costs is not linked to the percentage that the government prescribes for the rent increase.
