Account overview

You will receive an invoice for rent once a month. You can pay an invoice online
At the end of the year, we will also send you an invoice to settle your service costs. You may, however, receive other invoices from DUWO as well. If you have caused damage, for example. Or if we need to clear out or clean a common area. Keep this in mind when you are planning to organise a party, for example, because this could result in a serious financial hangover!

You have to log in to be able to use your DUWO account.

On this page, you will find an overview of your account. You can also monitor the current payment schemes related to your tenancy agreement(s) here. You can find the invoices, which you have already paid, from the starting date of your contract. The invoice of the next month will be shown from the 20th of the current month.

Did you pay your (first) bill using PayPal? It could be that this bill is still showing in your account overview as unpaid. Unfortunately, we did not receive approval from PayPal yet. Don’t worry though: within 14 days the amount will be processed.

Note: if you transfer money through your bank, please note that it may take a few days before the amount has been processed and shows up in the account statement.

If you have outstanding invoices, you can pay online using iDEAL, PayPal, MasterCard, VISA or Maestro.
