Account overview may not be up to date

Due to a new administration system, your account overview on may not be up to date.

Is there still an amount open that you have already paid? You don't have to do anything when:

  • You paid by direct debit and the amount has been debited from your account
  • You have transferred the amount

Unfortunately, it can take a while before your account overview on is updated.

Is there still an amount outstanding? Please pay it when:

  • You hadn't paid yet

Do you still get money back from DUWO? We do our best to transfer this to you as soon as possible. This can take another one to several weeks.
