I’m moving out of my room of DUWO University Housing

Will you be moving out of your room via DUWO University Housing soon? With most DUWO University Housing leases, you can terminate the lease early. You can terminate your lease on the 15th or the last day of the month, and you must give one month’s notice. Check out the step-by-step guide below to see what you need to arrange before you move out. It’s also possible to have a student from your social circle who is still looking for housing take over your lease through substitution. View the terms and conditions and the application form here.

For most DUWO University Housing contracts, the tenancy agreement cannot be terminated prematurely. On your educational institution’s page, under the “Important Conditions” tab, you will find all the information you need about early termination of your rental agreement.

Do you have a contract that you can terminate? Then you can do this via your DUWO account. If you are unsure whether terminating your contract is possible or not, you can check this when you log in to your account.
