With MyPup you have the option to have all your packages delivered and returned at the MyPup Pick Up Point in your building. You no longer have to stay at home waiting for delivery. Thanks to MyPup, your package is always safely stored in a locker that only opens with a unique code, regardless of which carrier you choose.

After activating your account you will receive a unique My Pup code and delivery address. When you order something online, you enter your unique code and this delivery address. You can find your unique My Pup code and delivery address when you log in to your MyPup account and in the MyPup app.
MyPup receives all deliveries for your building at our central hub. MyPup delivers all packages sustainably to the Pick Up Point in your building the same day.
You will receive a message when your package is ready for collection. With a unique SMS code or via the MyPup app you can open your locker 24/7 when it suits you.
