The Supervisory Board (RvC) of DUWO oversees the management’s policies and the overall course of affairs within the organization. The Supervisory Board consists of six members.
In the composition of the Supervisory Board, care is taken to ensure a good mix of relevant areas of expertise. You can find more about each member’s expertise and role within the Supervisory Board in the Supervisory Board regulations at the bottom of this page. The regulations also include the various principal and ancillary positions held by the members of the Supervisory Board.
