DUWO consists of four branches and the 'group' containing the board and central staff departments.
The supervisory board supervises DUWO's management and policy. The tenant organizations and the Student Housing Advisory Council, which includes key educational institutions and student representatives, have a voice in the preparation of DUWO's policies.
