DUWO's system out of action for a few days
DUWO is currently replacing its administration system. You may be helped a little less quickly than you are used to from us with regard to moving, vote-ins and other rental matters or passing on information in the tenant portal.
You will notice this:
If you book or accept a property on ROOM.nl between Friday, March 4, 5:00 PM and Monday, March 14, 9:00 AM, it will take a little longer than usual before you receive a response from us. Monday 14 March you will receive a message about your reservation or contract. So we kindly ask for your patience.
You can not report an internal move from Monday 7 March at 5 pm. This is possible again during the day on Monday 14 March.
Apply for sublet
Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply for a sublet from Thursday, March 10, 5:00 pm to Monday, March 14, 9:00 am.
Tenant portal and contact form out of order
During the weekend of Friday 11 March 5 pm to Monday 14 March 9 am you will not be able to log in to the tenant portal and the DUWO app. You can not fill out a contact form. You can therefore temporarily not pass on tenant matters to us. After the weekend we will switch to the new administration system and you can contact us again.
Do you have a repair request? Between Friday, March 11, 5:00 am and Monday, March 14, 9:00 am, tenants can still submit a request for a repair via: https://www.duwo.nl/en/i-rent/repairs-and-complaints/request-for-repairs.
From Friday 11 March 5:00 pm to Monday 14 March 9:00 am you cannot pass on any matters relating to vote-ins. You will receive a message from DUWO after 9:00 a.m. on Monday 14 March.
