Community building

The student years are often considered the best period of your life, but DUWO realizes that it is important as a landlord to facilitate this as best as possible and to contribute to the well-being of our residents and prevent loneliness.

We therefore see an important role for ourselves in this: creating buildings where students feel at ease and that invite to get together and meet - an honest home for every student.

In order to easily meet and get to know each other, we are therefore creating more and more communal spaces, also known as 'common rooms', in both our new construction projects and existing buildings.

In addition, there is a 'My community' platform for some of our large student complexes, where students can get and stay in touch with their neighbors online. This is currently still a pilot and if successful we will quickly expand the number of complexes.
