DescriptionThe Leidse Schans campus is located a stone's throw from the center of Leiden and next to Leiden Lammenschans station. In addition to housing, the campus also has a supermarket, restaurant, coffee bar and snack bar. DUWO rents out a total of around 2,000 rooms here. There are 2 washing machine rooms where you can do your laundry for a fee. Covered, locked bicycle sheds can be found on the ground floor of the various buildings. The campus has become car and moped-free since the autumn of 2022. If you are moving house, you can apply for a temporary exemption with the municipality. There is a closed parking lot. DUWO rents out these parking spaces to residents. Are you interested? Fill in a contact form and choose the subject “rent a parking space, garage or storage room”. Parking and parking permits in the area are arranged through the municipality of Leiden. Please note that you also have to pay municipal taxes (BSGR, Rijnland Water Board) every year: Municipal taxes (BSGR, Water Board Rijnland). Residents of 2, 3 and 4 person apartments share these costs.
