DescriptionThe Leemansplein building contains 481 studios spread over 22 floors. Of the 481 apartments, 198 have been set up as housing for international students who are studying in The Hague. These apartments are fully furnished and you can sign up for these rooms via your educational institutions. The other 283 apartments are intended for regular students. These apartments are furnished and equipped with carpeted floors, wall finishes and curtainsIn addition to laundry facilities and a bicycle storage area, the building has a common area that was designed in collaboration with students of the Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering of TU Delft. For example, the Common Room in Leemans Tower has a village square feeling, where a coffee machine has (obviously) taken the place in the village. There is also a library area, where students can study. These two areas can be combined for the purpose of, for example, a student party. For students, Leemans Tower is a very nice place to live. The building is located on campus, near cafes, restaurants, public transport and shops. The Hague University of Applied Sciences and ROC Mondriaan are also close by. This means you can virtually fall out of bed and land in the lecture room. The delightful Stationsbuurt is just around the corner, and The Hague town centre is a 15-minute walk away. With the construction of Leemans Tower, The Hague campus now houses almost 2,000 students in DUWO buildings.PLEASE NOTE: the actual position on the floorplan may differ from the drawing.
