DescriptionThe two towers of 10 floors each are also called the 'BalPol'. The towers stand on poles in the water and are connected to each other via an atrium. There are 1-, 2- and 3-room apartments where you live alone or with housemates. On the tenth floor is a common roof terrace. You can park your bike in a bicycle shed. Do you have a motorbike? Then you can store it in the bike shed near your residential block. There are lockable storage spaces. The BalPol is located on the edge of the TU campus and you look out onto the sports fields at TU Delft. The city centre of Delft is within cycling distance.
