Questions and answers about the proposed changes to the vote-in policy

Reading time: 1 minutes

On June 18, we shared in a press release our intention to adjust the vote-in system, with the aim of providing more transparency and equal opportunities for all house seekers to obtain a room with shared facilities.

Following this announcement, we received many responses and questions, and the topic has also received extensive media coverage.

To provide clarity, we have compiled the most frequently asked questions and answers in a clear and accessible Q&A. In it, we explain why we want to adjust the current system, the principles we are using to shape the new policy, and how we envision the next steps in the process. We specifically aim to involve students (and student organizations) — both current tenants and prospective ones — as well as municipalities and educational institutions in the further development.

It is important to emphasize that no final policy has been established yet. We will use the second half of this year to shape that development together.
