International students want to feel at home in their (temporary) Dutch home.

They are less concerned about the size of their room, the quality of the building, the inventory and the location. This is the surprising conclusion of a study by CAREM, the knowledge centre of Economy and Management for the HvA University of Applied Sciences. This study, conducted among 650 international students, was conducted for student housing corporation DUWO, who provides accommodation to the most international students in the Netherlands.
