If you, as guest or student, decide yourself that you want to move during the Short Stay Housing period, you will be charged a 100 euro administrative fee. Moving is only possible on the basis of availability. New requests for housing always have priority.

The procedure is as follows:

• You fill in the application form at DUWO to be placed on the waiting list. You can indicate your preferences on this form.
• DUWO will contact you as soon as a room matching your preferences is available. There is no point in asking in the meantime if you can move.
• In the period between 1 July and 30 September it is not possible to move.
