DUWO

Important alterations to method of payment!

Due to security issues, DUWO has decided to stop accepting cash 
payments as of 1 January 2009. The alternative payment methods as
of that date are explained below.

How can you pay as of 1 January 2009?

If you have a Dutch bank account:
1. You can set up a direct debit arrangement at a DUWO office;
2. You can use your debit card to pay at a DUWO office (only if you have
    a Dutch bank card);
3. You can transfer the money to DUWO via your bank;
4. You can pay using your credit card at a DUWO office – please note
    that only Visa, Mastercard and Maestro are accepted;
5. You can pay by completing the giro collection form sent to your home
    address every month (please contact DUWO if you do not already
    receive this);
6. You can pay using internet banking.

If you do not have a Dutch bank account:
1. You can pay using your credit card at a DUWO office – please note
    that only Visa, Mastercard and Maestro are accepted;
2. You can pay at a bank. You will be asked to show the giro collection
    form you received from DUWO and the bank will charge you for this
    service;
3. You can pay at the ‘Grenswisselkantoor’ [Border Exchange Office]
    (GWK), located nearby Haarlem Central Station. The GWK will charge
    you for this service;
4. You can pay using an international transfer service (via the internet
    or your bank);
5. You can pay using internet banking.
