Rent components
The monthly rent for which you have signed is an all-in price.
That means that there are no additional charges.
The following are included in the rental price:

- electricity
- water
- heating
- furnishings
- lights
- bedding
- kitchen equipment
- repair service
- maintenance of buildings and communal areas
- cleaning of communal areas
- insurance (note: only for building and DUWO equipment)
- trash service
- municipal taxes (such as water treatment, sewerage, property tax, etc.)
- “capital investment costs” (such as interest, depreciation)
Unfortunately it can happen that you receive an invoice from for example “Hoogheemraadschap Delflanden”, “Belastingdienst” of “Gemeente Delft”. Please bring these invoices to the DUWO office, so that we can pay them in time. If you do not bring them to DUWO, we have to charge you for extra costs involving late payment.
