Lost your key?
Please note: the following applies only if you rent accommodation in Delft via Short Stay Housing. For our regular accommodations, no spare keys are available.
If you have lost a key you can get a new one on payment at our office at Kanaalweg 4.
An apartment key is about 20 euros, a mailbox key is 7.50 euros. If you happen to lock yourself out you can get a spare key at our office on payment of a deposit of 50 euros. To get your deposit back, you have to return the spare key the same day. Please remember to bring proof of identity such as a passport or driving licence.
If the above happens outside office-hours you can telephone “ Vastgoed Service” under telephone number
015-2516700. In this case however you may have to pay at least 50 euros. When your key is still inside the lock, a special company has to come and change the lock. This will cost you at least 200 euros.
