With the exception of a few eventualities, we are not allowed to alter your residence without your permission. These exceptions include unavoidable technical work or major repairs alongside work that is to be carried out campus wide, so-called systematic maintenance. Systematic maintenance occurs with a degree of regularity, and is vital for keeping residences in good technical state. For example, replacing roofs, painting, repairing façades and annually cleaning the central-heating boiler. Should such work need to be carried out, DUWO will inform you in advance of what exactly is going to happen, when, and who will be carrying out the work.
